This is a simple Family style tamales the way my grandmama makes. She uses cellophane noodle, dried shrimp, pork or chicken, and some secret spices. Each bite of this makes me go back in time.
In this Tamales I used rice flour as my masa seasoned with salt and pepper. Then I cooked the filling. My husband loves it and she have to thanks my grandmama for it. I still so many food memories on my mind that I have to recreate.
