This is a simple Family style tamales the way my grandmama makes. She uses cellophane noodle, dried shrimp, pork or chicken, and some secret spices. Each bite of this makes me go back in time.
In this Tamales I used rice flour as my masa seasoned with salt and pepper. Then I cooked the filling. My husband loves it and she have to thanks my grandmama for it. I still so many food memories on my mind that I have to recreate.

Summer in Waikiki

A glimpse of Waikiki on Summer season. No wonder locals does not want to hang out at Waikiki that much because it's always jum packed with tourist and the scent of suntan lotion on the water. It's so hard to find a spot to lay your towel this time of the year, it's really packed with people.
But when you love music and crowd then this is the place to go. Head on by the Duke's and hang on till 4pm and you will enjoy live local entertainment.

Fruits and Nuts Bars

The inspiration of this bar is a store bought Fruit & Nuts bar that I have tasted last week. I like it so I came home and full a recipe online, but I do it my way as always, so from the online recipe i plus and minus some of the ingredients because I want the ingredients to balance.
Here it is;

2 cups all purpose Flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1-1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups Dried mix fruits (figs, apricots, pears, plums, cherries, peaches)
1/2 cup Raisin or craisins
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 small packet instant oats (cinnamon flavor or what you desired)
1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil

Heat oven on 350. Mix all dry ingredients till it's incorporated. Slightly beat egg, add vanilla and sugar then mix to the dry ingredients. Add dried fruits and nuts and mix using your hands until all is well blend. For a fancy look, pour them all in a round or square cake pan and packed, then flip it over on a cutting board and slice triangular depending on your desired size. Place it on a cookie sheet half inches apart and bake for 30 minutes on 350. Enjoy!

YoVille Hula Class

Me and my twin Queen brat decided do the hula dance. It was so much fun that we went to her beach house to do it again and took picture of us doing the Hula. I wonder where this girl got her hula lesson and when, she is good and a natural hula dancer with all her outfit.
I will get a costume too and do the hula dance with her again its so much fun. So person are we going to build a "Hula Halau"(Hula School) at Yo ville?

Beach House

So this is my YoVille 2nd House aside from the apartment. I have a Cape Cod that I named "Pink Ohana" and suppose I will get a Goth House but accidentally bought another cape cod. At first I was so disappointed and pissed but then, with the positive energy of my twin brat, I came out of this Idea. I name it "Rx - Ocean Rehab", I am satisfied of it and might not get a goth house.
I have started a new project transforming a trailer house into a Cabin in the Woods.

Farm Town - Farmers Tips

Tropical Theme Farm

Amazing Waterfall Design

The whole Farm Final Stage

If you are new to FT or "Farm Town" here is a little tip for you so you can level up fast. The only thing you need to do is Plow. We all wanted our farm to look good, but you can decorate your farm freely when you have plenty of coins to spend. It is much better to decorate your farm when you reach the levels of 20 and beyond.
It happened to me when I first played FT, but then I realized that it is better to level up first before anything else, this way you can expand your farm and accumulate coins. Go to the market and help somebody by plowing or harvesting.
Plowing will pay you less but it will give you points to level up faster. On the other hand if you need more coins, you can ask other people to hire you for harvesting. Harvesting will give you 50% of the crops value but it won't give you points.
So these are the tips on playing FT, hope I did help you reach your goal.
Remember, it's so easy to decorate your farm when you have opened all the decoration materials and you have enough coins to splurge.

Happy Farming.
