A Healthy Salad

We love this Watercress tofu salad so much. It so simple to make, all you need are
Bunch of watercress about 3 cups chopped
1 small can tuna
1 firm tofu cut into cubes
1 big tomato cut into cubes
5 tablespoon sesame oil
pinch of salt and pepper
mix everything and its ready for you to enjoy.

Health Benefits; Sesame oil is a good vegetable oil, rich in mono- and polyunsaturated acids (PUFAs) -- the good kind of fat that cuts cholesterol. It is low in saturated fats -- the kind of fat that's bad for you. And there's more. Sesame oil contains two unique chemicals called sesamol and sesamine. They are very powerful antioxidants.
Watercress; is the new cancer fighter with antioxidants, a better protection against cell changes that can lead to cancer.
Tuna; An excellent source of high quality protein, tuna are rich in a variety of important nutrients including the minerals selenium, magnesium, and potassium; the B vitamins niacin, B1 and B6; and perhaps most important, the beneficial omega-3 essential fatty acids.
Tomato; Rich in antioxidant function of lycopene-its ability to help protect cells and other structures in the body from oxygen damage-has been linked in human research to the protection of DNA (our genetic material) inside of white blood cells. Prevention of heart disease has been shown to be another antioxidant role played by lycopene.
